Fall is one of the most popular times of year for family photography, thanks to the beautiful light, comfortable temperatures, and seasonal colors. If you’re hoping to have your photos ready for holiday cards or gifts and haven't scheduled yet, I recommend scheduling your session in September or October.

It’s a good idea not to leave it too late. Fall dates—especially weekends and the weeks leading up to the holidays—can fill quickly. Booking early gives you the best chance of getting the date and time that works best for your family, rather than having to fit your schedule around remaining availability.

Plus if the weather doesn’t cooperate, there’s no need to worry. We offer no-questions-asked rescheduling as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. That means you can book your ideal fall date with confidence and still have flexibility if plans or weather change!
