Welcome to our website and thank you for taking the time to read this!

I'm the editor and photographer of Tracey Medcalfe Photography, leading, published portrait and tourism photographer and spend most of my time in the Bay Area in Northern California. Originally from the UK, I have run my photography business in California for 10 years serving over 320 clients through 450 photography events.

Both at home and whilst travelling, I love capturing the everyday beauty of our world that is right in front of us and easy to miss in our busy lives.  Natural, fun and adventurous...candid and beautiful photography is my aim from a session with a loving family, to a graduation student taking flight, to a charming vacation home or area of natural beauty.

 

When I'm not behind the camera,  you might find me hiking in the hills, or in the ocean paddleboarding or surfing or making a hash of the guitar chords from a Taylor Swift song!  Relaxing off the day with a lovely glass of wine and perhaps some delicious chocolate!
